Alice In Chains and Paramore

More great songwriting, music, and singing from Alice In Chains and "A Looking in View" gets on my songs list. Jerry Cantrell and William DuVall created and  delivered powerful vocals. I like that this long song played on the radio and probably nobody else in this modern era would be able to do that.

Paramore has several huge hits and "Decode" is perhaps the greatest of them all. The song is beautiful, touching, and powerful. That doesn't happen often. It still plays on the radio, but I think it sounds best on YouTube. I have listened to it regularly for the last couple of years, and that's to say it's still an interesting and likable song. Some of Hayley Williams finest singing and a great band pumping out a masterpiece.

One band knocked themselves off

Another band knocks off just about everyone else.

Neither song is Pop and both songs were released in the decade before 2010 to 2020.

I think it must be the great singing. It's some of the best I've heard. Someone very intelligent once told me that singing isn't that important. I still disagree. Singing is very important.
