Siem Reap, Phnom Penh: Iced Americano at 7-Eleven

I don't have much more to write about those two great Iced Americanos. That's because they made me feel very happy when I took small sips in the evening, at night, and the next morning. I put them in the mini fridge in each hotel.

By the way, I inserted the straw before the photos. It is served with a wrapped straw. I didn't start drinking until after the photos at the hotels where we stayed.

This turned out not to be one 7-Eleven against another 7-Eleven, but more like a friendly and fun time. Both stores were easy to shop in and fast to buy most of what I wanted.

Siem Reap stayed at Best, Phnom Penh also one of the Best. I just hope to go back to these cities and their 7-Eleven stores.

My last night in Cambodia, continued

My last night in Cambodia, continued...

While I was in 7-Eleven, I bought something to eat for dinner. My thought was, Would she be back in time to go down to the hotel restaurant? I didn't know.

Oh, I also looked for candy bars, found some but one kind wasn't there. I'll let the photos tell the rest of the story. Omelette Mixed with Rice and an assortment of snacks which I didn't eat on the trip after all. I still have to eat those snacks and no better time than starting this week. I gave her half of those treats.

The short action story is about my last night in Cambodia. I wrote it the next day, that was more than a week ago. It's pretty much a rough draft typed into WhatsApp and I left in the mistake and the sleepy emoji.

Last night was like an action movie. My girlfriend, or is she my wife, didn't return to the hotel after two hours, it was closer to 9 hours. What I'm ðŸ˜´ getting to is I couldn't wait around in our hotel room any longer. It was almost dark outside. I had no knowledge of where we were, actually an area with very few stores. I had the front desk call a Tuk Tuk driver. He arrived, and I was off in the direction of 7-Eleven to buy candy bars for the long journey home. Gawd. Why did I have to be my own snacks hero. Don't do it Scott. I did it. Just like a famous chase scene, we were on the move and none of the alleys with giant holes and dirty puddles of perhaps water, could slow us down. But maybe a rabies dog or two had high hopes of taking a woof out of me. Don't look. Just when it seemed like we were gonna star in beyond Phnom Penh, the driver smiled. We had arrived. Thank God and Buddha. And the action thriller in me.

I bought candy, Coca-Cola, and bottled. I'm not sure which one kills us faster these days, but I'm blessed and nothing rotten the new administration can do is gonna do me in. So, now down to business. I bought an iced Americano. Just better than a movie ending. It is Phnom Penh 7-Eleven vs. Siem Reap 7-Eleven.

Ima: Ha ha I want to see the two of you fight. Khleba: Never. Kzahmuh: We argue. Khleba: When! Kzahmuh: Look at the Kzahmuhvision. In 15 minutes.

Ima Khleba Kzahmuh Kzahmuhvision

That's when the last news about my life was supposed to be here. February 24.

My wife is going to be here soon.

The hotel said I have a wife. They've been saying that since she left me. (She didn't leave me like that, she had to take care of her mom. Hi Mom!)

Back to the hotel and them knowing more about whether I have  wife than I do, I thought they only rented out rooms and some other things. But thank you. I do want a wife even if we didn't get married. Well not the way everybody else does. Some guy's like, you must be one uh dem celebrities. Yeah, or sumptin.

7-Eleven versus 7-Eleven for Best Iced Americano

It all came down to my final night in Cambodia. And aren't you happy my wife came back so late. Oh yeah, there's a story to tell.

Leading for: Best Iced Americano

Americano on Sunday, from Siem Reap 7-Eleven near the Night Market. I put the word "leading" because I might have another one before I leave Cambodia.

The most accurate word to describe this Iced Americano is Excellent. It was strong in a wonderful way. I could tell by watching the person who made it that she cares about doing her best and cares that the customer is happy. I was very happy. Thank you very much.
