Malibu Chicken

Malibu Chicken at Sizzler was my Grandma's favorite. My family and I went there many times to celebrate birthdays and on other occasions. Three of us, my mom, dad, and I celebrated Grandma's birthday Monday although she passed away about two years ago. I ate Double Malibu Chicken (photo below) in honor of her on her birthday. Who knows, maybe she can somehow sense how much we miss her. It's coming up on two years since she passed away. Our memories and love for her will always be very important to us.
